Renaissance Inc. proudly serves both wholesale and retail customers. Retailers and industry professionals are invited to create a wholesale account for exclusive pricing and benefits, subject to approval by our team. Individual customers may shop directly through our online store.
To apply for a wholesale account, simply click the “Become a Retail Partner” button located in the footer of our website. Complete the application form, and our team will review your request promptly.
Once approved, you’ll gain access to wholesale pricing and be able to place orders directly through our online store.
The minimum order value is $200 CAD. Our MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) is just 2 units per style and color, making it ideal for small businesses.
Shipping & Delivery
Yes! We offer fast and reliable shipping across Canada and the USA, usually within 72 business hours. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Quebec.
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your package is shipped.
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We work with trusted carriers like Purolator to ensure quick, safe delivery.
Products & Customization
We offer a curated selection of trendy and timeless jewelry as well as hair accessories, handpicked for the season. Our pieces are primarily made of gold-plated brass or stainless steel, depending on the design.
All Renaissance Inc. jewelry is shipped with our branded labels to ensure consistency and quality presentation.
For select collections and larger wholesale orders, private label options may be available. If you’re interested in adding your own branding, please contact our team to discuss custom possibilities and minimum requirements.
Orders & Returns
Wholesale (B2B) Orders
As a wholesale business, all B2B sales are final.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Our team will review the issue promptly and work with you to resolve it.
Retail (B2C) Orders
Retail purchases may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
